About Event

We are honored to invite you to the one-of-a-kind Forest Bathing experience in the heart of New York City.

Are you ready to be transported to the sacred forest of Japan?

Forest Bathing (森林浴) is a Japanese concept of immersing oneself in deep forest spirits and to become one with true nature. In this unique immersive sound bath experience, we will bathe in the soothing sound of nature from the Grand Shrine of Ise (the most important, culturally significant shrine in Japan), neuroscience-backed sound healing meditation and multi-instrumental performances. We pair our evening with organic aroma from Japanese trees, visuals from the forest of Ise Shrine and tea from Japan.

The multi-sensory sound bath is designed for us to connect with our true self and inner-peace, finding gods/ goddesses within all of us and in each other.

About Ise, Japan -

The history of the Grand Shrine of Ise dates back to about 2,000 years ago, when Ise was chosen as a place to worship the solar goddess Amaterasu. The Ise Shrine has been a healing power spot where nearly 10 million people including top spiritual leaders from around the world come to seek healing annually. Music Producer Masahiro has been appointed by the Grand Shrine of Ise, to share its ancient wisdom and spiritual power with the world through the sound of nature and meditative music.

With so much turbulence happening in the world, it is important to cultivate both inner-peace and outer-peace. So we can be more compassionate towards ourselves and one another and collectively create our reality from a place of peace and love. (Fun fact: John Lennon visited Ise Shrine right after the breakup of the Beatles with Yoko Ono and her brother. The visit inspired him to write the song, none other than, Imagine - more on this at the event ;) )
